By accessing or using the SAFETI document generator, available at safeti.co, and any associated services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNOCU Inc (“UNOCU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
SAFETI is a free document generator that helps startups create fundraising agreements. The Service allows users to generate three types of investment documents:
SAFETI is built and operated by UNOCU Inc. Registered users can access additional features including document management through the UNOCU platform at app.unocu.xyz.
SAFETI is a document generation tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. The documents generated by SAFETI are templates based on established legal frameworks and are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
You are strongly advised to consult with qualified legal counsel before using any SAFETI document for an actual investment transaction. UNOCU makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal sufficiency, enforceability, or appropriateness of any document generated through the Service for your specific circumstances, jurisdiction, or transaction.
Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and UNOCU.
You may use the SAFETI document builder without an account. To download generated documents and access document management features, you must create a free UNOCU account. When registering, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

UNOCU is not a party to any agreement generated through SAFETI and bears no responsibility for the outcome of any transaction.
The Service, including its design, code, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by UNOCU and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Documents generated through SAFETI are yours to use freely. The SAFETI document templates are provided under a permissive licence for your business use. You may not, however, redistribute the templates themselves or create a competing document generation service using them.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including the UNOCU treasury platform. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. UNOCU is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNOCU and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to UNOCU in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNOCU and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your use of any SAFETI document in a transaction, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
